Small stains by the button area and pinprick stains near the armpit (both of which are not very noticeable or detracting). The sleeve has two small stains. Every other page is a stock picture from wherever; while the message and practice are helpful, this should have been a pamphlet instead of a book -remember Cliffsnotes?
