The handles are bulky, and the leather buckles where you normally would hold it which is very uncomfortable. If you try to use the shoulder strap, the handles don't come off and get in the way when holding the purse against your side. Unfortunately, I first used it well past the eligible return date. I'm so disappointed. I would not recommend this product.

easy to access interior with many different pockets

The back pack is awsome. It's soft, elegant and fits a lot of items...can be used in lieu of small carry on. I liked the openness of the interior area. The inside utility clear pouch was only 1 pouch, not 3 like the video. But I like it better with 1 pouch which leaves me options for larger items. The shoe pouch can be used for other items instead of shoes, if your interested.

Pretty good

Color: Grey

I took this with me on a recent trip and it handled everything from airport security to long walks with ease. The 30‑liter capacity is generous without feeling bulky — it fits under airline seats and in overhead bins effortlessly. What really stands out is the organization. There are thoughtful compartments for clothes, shoes, a water bottle, and even a separate space for toiletries or gym gear. The dedicated laptop sleeve fits my device securely, and the smaller pockets keep chargers, pens, and accessories neatly sorted so nothing gets lost. The padded straps and back panel make it comfortable for extended wear, and I didn’t feel any strain even when the bag was full. The material feels durable and water‑resistant, so I wasn’t worried when I got caught in light rain. The sleek design is versatile enough for travel, work, gym, or everyday use. Overall this backpack delivers excellent value and convenience. If you want a reliable, well‑organized bag for travel or daily life, this is definitely worth considering. I’ll be using mine for many trips to come!
