Use the Grow for maximum PAR output per foot, and the Glow for maximum fluorescence, or mix them together and get both. Peak performance is best achieved in a 2: 1 Grow to Glow ratio, but one of each is perfectly acceptable when less light is needed.

Would not advise buying. It wouldn’t fit with the o ring nor with the old one, it would only go in with no o ring. So I had to put back my old hinge and o ring. Edit: I had to add coolant to the O ring, along with somewhat forcing/prying it in in order to get it to fit flush.
