I love history; there is a lot in this book I did not know. It is definitely a challenge and a great way to learn. I took off one star (considered taking off two) because the author uses the non-Christian term of BCE. I HATE seeing that instead of what it really is BC - before Christ! I wonder if he is an atheist.

Very informative

Format: Paperback

Bought this for my son, and he really loves this book. He reads it over frequently. I recommend it if you have a reader that also wants to learn facts about history.

Trivia approach to history. Great for history buffs and trivia buffs alike

Format: Paperback

Got this as a surprise for my trivia and history loving bf. He loved it because it doesn’t only tell you about history. It quizzes the reader then explains the answers. Neat concept for a book for a man with limited time to read and loves to learn new facts.
