A smaller version of this was actually included on the hatchet carrier and I have had a few of these larger ones which were army marked. This one appears to just be civilian. It is in fairly good condition. The stitching on the leather at the very end of the cloth tape is coming loose.

I love these shelves and have bought additional for other areas in the house. I love the look of the industrial pipes, the color of the shelves is perfect, they are sturdy and hold a lot of weight. They are somewhat difficult to assemble, but it's expected as hanging shelves are never fun to hang. I love them. If you are on the fence, just do it :)
