Well-made reamer and plug inserter, as well as the 10 plugs, and the accessories. Even the pouch is high quality. Included instructions are very clear -- just be sure not to insert the plug with too much force, or you'll put the entire plug thru the hole. Including the high-quality little water/soap solution mister is a thoughtful feature. I highly recommend.
