These are the BEST leashes, not only for new dogs that are training, but for every day usage. My dog is 40 lb. We’re not recommend it arrive tangled and once I put it on, it broke

Both of them packaged horribly. Both of them were tangled and had horrible knots, making it nearly impossible to do. My daughter and I worked on them separately. She did the silver one. I did the gold one. They were very fragile so it took us probably about 20 to 30 minutes to untangle each one. I put it on and it broke less than two minutes later, that is the case for both of them, the one that was salvageable I attempted to wear for an evening out, and it broke even more. It’s sick more time. Did you tangle it than I actually got to wear it. I was not touching it, not moving it not pulling at it. The chain is just too fragile. I am calling Amazon for a refund and they are going back -both of them.
