It is in its original cardboard box and still has the little paper protector over the nose vent. The cardboard box is a little tattered and dirty. The mask is dirty and looks a little dry, but I don't see any signs of cracking or other damage. The lenses have yellowed. One corner of the box is ripped and there is a small hole in the top.
