My very smart dog figured it out in a few seconds so I use treats that are only a little smaller than the holes to make it more challenging. She doesn’t play with toys like my other dogs so I do make an effort to offer her other outlets to get energy out. I have another dog that has a low tolerance for challenges and walks away from it or tries to chew through it- so I think the level 2 rating is fair as every dog is different!
