I have a "Premier Busy Buddy Bristle Bone" that unscrews on both ends. You just slip these on and give it to them and it will keep them busy for a long time. I have the small size, but they have larger ones for bigger dogs. They also have one that has a sort of ball in the middle that these little round chews slip onto also. It's a pretty good product and I'll keep getting them until she gets tired of them.

I love the design of these toys - keep my pooches busy for a good amount of time. However, these treats gave one of my babies diarrhea, possibly due to the sorbitol, a known laxative for dogs :( My dogs are both ~11lbs, and they would only get one disk at a time in their toys, and still one had loose stools. I know it's not the rawhide because he dosen't have trouble with regular rawhide, but these are so soft I can only assume they have too much of other ingredients inside. Update: I just tried the dental disks and my boy that was sensitive to the regular refills has no issue with those. There's definitely an ingredient in these which he is sensitive to.
