They know... I am between size 7 and 7.5 and they recommended 7 and it was a perfect fit. I have not had any issues with the Velcro closure. Amazon has the best prices for UGGS.

As a lover of everything Ugg, these didn't disappoint. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I have, very lightweight, and go with just about everything.
