Die Cuve besteht zu 85% aus Chardonnay und 15% Weissburgunder. Nach der Handlese und spontanen Grung wird ein Groteil im Edelstahl ausgebaut, die restlichen 15% im Barrique. Dieser Sekt ist sehr von Zitrusfrchten und nussigen Aromen geprgt. Am Gaumen dann viel mehr Struktur, straff und einem wrzigen Touch!
