The chapter starts off with a quote “ You have to make sure that your assets and your back are protected before you make any big decisions.” Adam Rich. This chapter explains what a trust is. The trust involves three key roles. The grantor, the trustee and the beneficiary. Covers pro and cons of setting up a trust. Explains about revocable and irrevocable trusts. Two trusts that caught my interest are special needs trusts and Medicaid trusts very interesting reads. So much more I only touch on a little. Very good read very informative.
