These mints are ok. I love the convenient and slim packaging; however, the mints themselves don't pack much lasting flavor for me. Really fun and interesting packaging--I loved opening these! The message inside was really positive! The mints are strong and refreshing and do accomplish the task of fresh and minty breath. These are different and unique in the experience of eating a mint. The coating has a really good flavor and the minty effect is long-lasting compared to other mint options on the market! It melts off quickly in your mouth and leaves a gel capsule underneath. I wasn't too sure initially if I was to just swallow these with some water or chew them. I tried both ways. You can definitely taste the parsley oil in the capsules whether you chew them or not and you need to get some water and swallow them relatively quickly or the taste becomes a bit unpleasant. I tried swallowing them without water and they got kind of stuck in my throat so you need something to drink nearby. I don't recommend chewing them--the aftertaste is not good!
